St. Thomas More Patch Program

This is an award developed by a Girl Scout in our own archdiocese as part of earning The Spirit Alive award. It was designed to help girls learn more about the patron of her parish, St. Thomas More. This is available to girls in grades K-12, with different requirements for each program level.

More info available from dawsonma@sbcglobal.net.

Archdiocese of San Antonio

This series of awards is a religious development program from the Archdiocesan Catholic Committee on Girl Scouting in San Antonio, TX. Because they are developed by Girl Scouts, the current program materials use GS language when referring to levels and other scouting-related topics, but they are open to AHG and others as well.

Pillars of Faith Pin

Offered through the Diocese of Colorado Springs (not NFCYM), the Pillars of Faith award provides special recognition to girls who have earned all four of the NFCYM Catholic religious medals: Family of God; I Live My Faith; Mary, The First Disciple; and The Spirit Alive. This award recognizes those who achieve the rare accomplishment of earning all four medals and to encourage more girls to persevere in their pursuit of religious recognitions. (Not sure whether this might change in 10 years when some of our youth have earned all 5 or 6 awards.)
