A Communal First Saturday helps to prepare us for the season of Advent.
Please join GHACCYO on December 2nd for the 15th anniversary of the 1st Communal First Saturday at St. Anthony of Padua and for our Archdiocese Galveston-Houston.

To celebrate the anniversary, we will be offering:
- Confessions
- Rosary
- Mass where you receive Holy Communion
- Invite you to keep Our Lady company for an additional 15 minutes while meditating on the mysteries of the Rosary
All actions are with the intention of making reparations to the Immaculate Heart of Mary.
The cost is free to all guest that attend. Each leader will arrange for the purchase of the religious patches of their attendee.
We have included a list of other Houston parishes that offer Communal First Saturdays in our Archdiocese and Catholic Youth can go to those parishes. Here is the map.
For those participants coming to St. Anthony – we would like to offer a question-and-answer session so families of the youth can find out more about the Communal First Saturdays. We are inviting parents to sign up for the study groups. Registration ends December 15th for the classes that start the week of January 14th – 19th, 2024.
